I imagine actual shamrocks taste a whole lot like clover, since that's what they are. As clover is a major ingredient of milk anyway, how different would clover-flavored milk be?
Not to be pedantic or anything, but almost all of the clover in that picture is three-leafed. If you have a better image that is in the public domain, I'd love to have it.
So...a bit late on this but do the shamrocks by any chance have something to do with the tiny pants left behind on Shrove Tuesday? It's the little people ya know....
