It tastes like the sweetly addictive toothpaste of the GODS, I think you mean.
Not to be pedantic or anything, but shamrocks are three-leafed. Reference to the Trinity, I believe.
I imagine actual shamrocks taste a whole lot like clover, since that's what they are. As clover is a major ingredient of milk anyway, how different would clover-flavored milk be?
